Testimonials about our service |

Dear Carmen Maria,
We booked the trip for my parents in law which don`t speak a word spanish. The trip was professionally organized and my parents in law enjoyed the trip very much. The hotels, the local food and the transportation were perfect. Your German speaking tour guide was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and with perfect German speaking skills.
My father in law had a health problem and you helped him to get all the necessary help and the communication with the local health provided. In addition you kept me up to date via email regarding the situation. Thank you very much for your outstanding service.
I will recommend your professional and friendly services to my friends and I would not hesitate to consider your service for my next trip to Peru.
Thank you very much.

Hi Ruby -
I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at Sandoval Lake Lodge. The staff - particularly our guide Oscar - were so fantastic and helpful. Oscar was so knowledgeable and shared so much information. He was great! The rest of the staff - Cynthia, Vladimir, Diego - went out of their way to make sure we had a great visit.
We'll be recommending Sandoval Lake Lodge to all of our friends and family and hope to come back to visit again soon.
Thank you!
Jennifer

Hi Claudia,
I just came back from my most invigorating and enriching vacation and it was all made possible by Inkanatura Travel. The first part of our journey was spent at Sandoval Lodge. Even the hike into the rainforest was exciting - add to that early morning boat rides to see river otters, late night excursions to see black caimans, and mid-afternoon hikes to see parrots, butterflies and scorpions. But there was also time to lounge in the hammocks and eat great food. Our guide, Leon, was very knowledgeable and kind.
We then flew to Cusco where we were met at the airport by an Inkanatura representative who gathered our luggage and had a driver to take us to our hotel. She got us checked in and then told us all about the city - what sites to explore, restaurants to visit and tours to take. When we decided to visit the Sacred Valley, she made all the arrangements.
The next part of the adventure was to hike the Inca Trail. We chose the four day/three night Classic Inca Trail which provided a more leisurely hike and more time to explore. Our guide, Lobo, met with us the night before leaving and prepared us for the hike by explaining what each day would involve. The tents and sleeping bags provided by Inkanatura were immaculate and comfortable. We had our own toilet tent and it was meticulously maintained. Our meals in the dining tent rivaled a four-star restaurant. There's no doubt that the hike was difficult especially so because we were four women over fifty. But what made it so rewarding was that at the end of each day's hike, when we finally made it into camp, our porters lined up and cheered us in!
Our guide, Lobo, was patient and encouraging and made us laugh. He knew the best places to take pictures and shared a wealth of knowledge about the Incan Empire.
We took the Vistadome train back to Cusco where we were once again met at the train station by a representative of Inkanatura who got us to our hotel and then returned the next day to take us back to the airport. She stayed with us to make sure everything was in order.
I would highly recommend Inkanatura Travel to handle all your arrangements in Peru.
Thanks,
Denyse Bieg

As seven girls listened eagerly to their guide at the Sun Gate, they knew a Bucket List item lay just around the corner. After 4 days of hiking, we were finally going to be able to set our eyes upon Machu Picchu! When we climbed the steps and looked into the valley, we all cried. Not only was it a breathtaking moment, but it culminated a wonderful journey.
InkaNatura is solely responsible for the incredible experience of the Inca Trail. The service was so much more impressive than we even dreamed when we booked the trip! We were fed better on the 4-day hike than we are at home! Our porters were so friendly, professional, encouraging, fun, and amazing! We all agreed, we never want to go hiking and/or camping again without our great guys! Thank you so much, Fellas!
We saw so many beautiful sites, amazing ruins, and learned so much en route to Machu Picchu, by Day 2 we already whispered amongst each other that we'd be completely content with the trip even if we never reached Machu Picchu. THAT'S how well InkaNatura took care of us and made us feel!
A special and heartfelt THANK YOU goes to our wonderful guide, Juan Carlos. Your knowledge, your caring, your professionalism, and your personality MADE our experience. You felt like a big brother right from the start - you made us feel safe, you really looked out after us, you knew EVERYTHING, and we bragged about you to everyone! We feel blessed that we were paired up with YOU as our guide. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again for everything!!
InkaNatura, you have an absolutely outstanding service going on - I'm recommending your company to anyone and everyone! Thank you for giving me and six of my friends an experience that will forever be engraved in our memories and heart.

Inka Natura and our agent Sandra,
Let me start by saying how wonderful an experience my girlfriend and I had in Peru. A very exciting, diverse and beautiful country. We did not know what to expect when boarded our plane in route to Peru. We knew 3 days deep in the Amazon and 4 days in the highlands of Cusco and a day on each end in the beach city of Lima.
What we didn't know was what laid ahead. We were so glad we picked a reputable company like Inka Natura and lucky enough to have a knowledgeable agent like Sandra. We were so impressed that every moment of our trip was as described in our intinerey that we put together months in advance. From the transports from the airport to hotel back to the airport, and the excursions that we planned like River Rafting, a train ride to Machu Picchu and our 3 day adventure in the Amazon at the Heath River Eco Lodge. It was all perfect, never a doubt of who would be taking care of us, and they were always on time waiting for us. In the Amazon we fished for, caught and ate Piranha, saw the Machaw parrot clay licks, took motorized canoe rides past families of Camins, took many hikes with our wonderful and professional guide Paul.
The lodge at Heath River was great, the staff, the food, and the rooms were much better than we would have ever expected. In Cusco, after many Coco teas and adjusting to the altitude (approx. 12-18 hours) we went river rafting under snow capped peaks of the Andes.
Took tours of the scared valley of the Inkas, ate at many Peruivan restaurants and drank even more Cusquena's (beer of Cusco region), Pisco sours and meet many of friendly locals. Our experience was even more memorable when I proposed to my girlfriend Nicole at the lost city of Machu Picchu on our 2nd to last day in Peru. How could she say NO? Machu Picchu was the pinnacle of the trip. Indescribable by words or photos, you must see it in person to believe it's beauty, mystery, and size......What a trip!!!
I would recommend Peru to everyone and anyone who is thinking about going should contact Inka Natura for help with all the planning and booking of flights, hotels, tours, etc. We will definitely be contacting them on our next trip to South America. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Sandra and Inka Natura. Peru will always hold a special place in our memories and heart.
P.S. We get married on May 15, 2010 in our home town of Paso Robles, CA!!!
Talk with you soon,
Nicole & Donovan

Saludos cordiales.
Belén

Dear Carolina,
I would like to give you some feed back of our trip.
We were very happy with your work. Everything was nice. Maria was
very, very helpful. And it was an amazing experience to be in Inka
trail. The Casa Andina group are very good. In Casa Andina Catedral
and Casa Andina Private in Puno everything was OK, and of course the
private collection is really nice, with an excellent restaurant (we
had a chance to taste the peruvian wine, which was a very good
surprise. The people from the agency in Puno were nice, but confused -
and we almost could have been late at the airport because the driver
was late. Manly I would like to say thank you to encourage us to go
to Inkaterra in Aguas Callientes, it was one of the best hotels I've
ever stayed.
I also would like to say that the porters are very nice, and we are
very grateful to them and for their work.
So, we strong recommend anybody to travel with you.
Thank you very much.

Dear Claudia - we just returned from our vacation and I have to say it was incredible!! Even better than I had imagined. All of the accommodations were wonderful, especially the Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel ... simply stunning and the perfect retreat after the Inca Trail!
It was so comforting to meet Milagros when we arrived in Cusco, she took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Our service on the Inca Trail was spectacular! Juan was the perfect guide - full of energy, knowledgeable, impeccable English and fun. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience, adjusting the itinerary/campsites as necessary to meet my groups needs. Our chef, Akai, created the most spectacular meals - I was in awe of the food we ate while on trail. Additionally, everyone from the waiters to the porters was so gracious. I could see first-hand that the porters were treated very well which made the experience that much more enjoyable.
Inka Natura truly gave us the trip of a lifetime. Everything was very organized and all the staff wonderful. I cannot begin to thank you enough for your assistance in creating this very special vacation. I look forward to referring more clients in the future.
All the best,
Amanda
p.s. the only confusing part of the trip was our airline tickets when we first got to Lima. On our itinerary there was no mention of what airline to use for our flight from Lima to Cusco. We figured it out but, that was the only instance where we were not sure what to do.
Otherwise, I have to say this trip was perfect ... I was very impressed and look forward to hopefully booking another trip with Inka Natura.

Claudia, I can speak for all of us when I say the trip and your company were spectacular. Everything was well planned and all of your employees were great. They catered to all of our needs. I also liked having Mila with us at the airport in Cusco until we were checked in to our flight home on the last day. We had a close call making it to our flight! It all worked out. I would be glad to serve as a reference if you need one. thanks again for a wonderful trip plan, it was worth every sole! Omar was top notch, his knowledge and passion for the culture were exceptional.

Dear Claudia
I'm back in the UK now, and at last have time to sort out emails etc.
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my 4-day stay at Sandoval Lodge. The whole trip was very well-organised; my guide (Josilu) was brilliant - both knowledgeable and good company; the food was very good indeed, amongst the best I had in the country; and the setting of the lodge was of course utterly magical. Altogether it was one of the highlights of my 6-week tour of Peru and Bolivia.
And thanks to you also, for sorting it all out!
best wishes
Bill Scolding
